7-day exchange

If something is not right, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags attached.
• Beauty products, earrings and personal care items cannot be exchanged once opened, for hygiene reasons.
• Items bought on clearance sale are not eligible unless faulty.

Wrong, damaged or faulty item?

Send us a photo or video on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it or refund you at no extra cost.

How to request an exchange

1. WhatsApp us your order number and the reason.
2. We will share the return address or arrange a pickup.
3. Your replacement ships once we receive and check the item.
